Iberville Parish LA is one of the handful of plurality Black counties in the state. This is a narrow margin, however, and it shows in how the county votes. Biden only won the county by just under 4 points, and several statewide Republicans have won it outright in recent years. As far as 2024 goes, Trump is slightly favored to flip the county due to Black depopulation/migration to more urban areas

St. Bernard Parish is home to the Falcon in Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and sits along Louisiana's Gulf Coast. Trump won the county by 29 points, with Biden winning a handful of African American-dominant precincts. The county had a significant population drop after Hurricane Katrina, but the population since then and become more concentrated along a small strip of land by the Orleans Parish line

The Shreveport MSA sits in the northwest corner of the state, and consists of Bossier, Caddo, and De Soto parishes. Trump won the area by 11 points in 2020, carrying Bossier and De Soto parishes. Biden carried Caddo, and won primarily the Black-majority areas of each county; the Shreveport proper in Caddo, Mansfield in De Soto, and Bossier City in Boosier
