The Ketchikan census area (since Alaska uses non-contiguous buroughs and doesn't have counties) sits in the southernmost reaches of the state. The city of Ketchikan is the one incorporated area that anchors the region, and gave Biden most of his votes in 2020. Still, Trump carried the area by 23.5 points
